The modern decor, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed made for a lovely stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk from York Minster. the welcome pack and Christmas tree were nice touches. the bathroom facilities were top-notch, with hair dryers and towels provided. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the Grand to anyone visiting York. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
